1. At the Vector Control Research Unit (VCRU), we are committed to ensuring the timely and efficient dispatch of all requested items. Please review the following delivery terms to ensure a smooth process:

   • Payment Policy:
     All items requested will be dispatched only upon receipt of full payment. To prevent delays, we kindly ask that payments be made promptly after placing your order. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been confirmed.

   • WHO-Funded Requests:
     For orders submitted through the World Health Organization (WHO), including Country Representatives, Regional Offices, or Headquarters, where the costs are covered by WHO allotments, items will be dispatched without waiting for payment. However, it is critical that the WHO allotment and sticker numbers are provided at the time of the request to ensure prompt processing.

   • Shipping and Transport Costs:
     The cost of transportation, including express mail, air freight, insurance, or courier services, will vary depending on the nature of the items, the destination, and the preferred mode of shipment. Detailed shipping costs will be provided once the order is confirmed. We strive to offer competitive rates and efficient delivery options to meet your needs.
